Tile Skirting
Installing tile skirting involves several key steps to ensure a neat and professional finish. First, prepare the wall by cleaning the surface where the tiles will be applied, ensuring it's dry and free from dust or debris. Next, measure the length of the area where the skirting will be installed and cut the tiles to the appropriate size, if necessary. Apply a layer of adhesive to the wall using a notched trowel, and carefully place the tiles along the base, ensuring they are aligned and level. For corners, use corner trim pieces for a clean, sharp finish. Once all the tiles are in place, press them gently to ensure they stick securely. Allow the adhesive to set for the recommended time before grouting the joints, smoothing the grout with a rubber float. Finally, clean off any excess grout and let it dry, leaving behind a beautiful and durable tiled skirting that enhances the room's overall appearance.
